The Ten Pillars of Light

  • Our ten interconnected programs form a living ecosystem of care: Second Chances Shine Initiative (paid job training), Homes With Dignity (free or sliding-scale deep cleans), Clean Start Kits (supplies for survivors entering new housing), Emergency Aftermath Support Team (crisis cleanup within 24-72 hours), Green Clean Futures (paid youth internships), The Radiance Reentry Program (six-month reentry mentorship), Sanctuary Spaces Project (trauma-aware facility upgrades), Mother Moon Circles (wellness gatherings for mothers), StellarRise Ready-to-Work Closet (uniforms and gear for new hires), and Cosmic Clean Club (family workshops). Each program is a door into deeper support, employment, and healing.

  • We serve domestic violence survivors, individuals in addiction recovery, formerly incarcerated people navigating reentry, veterans, single mothers, isolated elders, LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC community members, and at-risk youth ages 16 to 22 - anyone excluded from opportunity by poverty, trauma, or systemic barriers.

  • We’re the only organization combining trauma-informed direct service, eco-conscious cleaning, second-chance employment, and holistic community care into one integrated model. Other organizations do pieces of this work - we do all of it, at once, guided by lived experience.
